If your order arrives damaged or it's not working within the warranty period of 7 days. please contact us immediately. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please take note that for us to process a refund or exchange. We will be needing a photo or video documentation of the item being damaged and not working upon arrival.

We are not held responsible for orders that were gone missing due to incorrect addresses. Please double check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.

We also unable to cancel and refund the fulfilled items because it already entered the handling & shipping process, so it's on its way to you.
